All woods are sourced from managed forests from around the World.

May I request a wood sample?
Due to the wide varied ranges this is not possible.

Can I request spare parts?
Yes, any component from the flat packed ranges can be supplied immediately
for a quick and easy solution to any damaged parts. There is no need to replace the full unit.

Can I change the dimensions?
No. Dimensions are as stipulated on the website. We do not make to order.

How do I cancel or return my order?

Do you provide an assembly service?
Unfortunately this is not possible due to the varying locations and transport
costs.

How do I care for my furniture?
GENERAL CARE INFORMATION
* Avoid exposing wooden furniture to excessive heat
(e.g. to close to a radiator) or in direct sunlight as this can cause cracking and deterioration of the colour.
* Use coasters, placemats and tablecloths during use.
* Wooden furniture must always be protected from warm/hot objects,
water and strong cleaning agents.
* Any spillages should be wiped immediately with a damp cloth,
especially tea, coffee or red wine.
* Never put hot dishes directly onto wooden surfaces.
* Always lift furniture across the floor; never drag as this will damage the joints.
* Coat with a bees wax every 4-6 months to help maintain the look of
the furniture.

Leather care
* Follow the manufacturers care instructions
* Only use products designed for use on leather
* Test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first
* Do not use direct heat to dry the leather
